St. James CME is excited to celebrate 100 years of service in the community! A majority of those years have been at our current location in our existing church. With a building that is close to 100 years old, not all aspects of the building are ADA compliant and are not easily accessible for those with mobility challenges. One of our largest challenges is that our event space is only accessible through a deep stairway.

We are looking to raise funds of $3,500 to install a stair lift so everyone can easily access our event space. A chair lift will allow for an inclusive atmosphere and access to the events for all members of our community.

The fundraising goal date is November 23rd so we can have install before our annual banquet.
